There is an initial telephone interview, and then there is an in person interview. the interview that is in person tends to have the branch manager and the customer service manager present.

Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Entretien
Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
