Did not get to the interview process. I do not understand the algorithm, but my experience more than made up for the lack of words (if any ) in my resume. I have tried a number of times (including through headhunters for the bank) to no avail. All in all a very disappointing experience trying to get my foot in the door here.

It's pathetic that the recruiter didn't even bother sending me a rejection letter after one round of screening, one panel round with the team, one case study with presentation, and the final round with the directors. I only found out after randomly logging into the portal that my status had moved from interview to declined. The recruiter was actively engaging but the moment I finished my last round she went radio silent. Tells you a lot about how human resource is managed here. Also the team said it'd take them over a month to interview all the candidates who made it to the final round. The pay for this role is laughable and makes me wonder what kind of unicorn they're trying to hire from the market.
