Video interview.After the interview i never get called because i lack the canadian experience which is unfair with over 11 banking experience.How can i have the experience if i am not given the opportunity.
Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Entretien
Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
