I have appied online and received an email containing a link for a Virtual interview.
There have been overall 5 questions and the questions are easy and general. Then I received the test link which is the call centre simulator. In the next two days, I were contacted by HR and got an interview chance in downtown. The interviewers are very kind and we had a very pleasant conversation
Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

It was good but they did not want me because i did not understand the role which pissed me off a lot and i thought i got it cause i awnsered confidently

Entretien
Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
