First there was a phone interview. I was then called into the branch for an in person interview where we went over my resume and other work experience as well as education. It was pretty informal, it seemed they just wanted to get to know me and see if I could handle myself in front of the customers.
Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Entretien
Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
