I had a frustrating experience with the interview process. The HR interviewer was a no-show for our scheduled meeting, which was disappointing. I promptly reached out via email to reschedule, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, she didn't show up again. This lack of respect for candidates' time is very concerning.
