La primera entrevista fue una screening interview sobre la compañía y el puesto, después me enviaron un test técnico y una segunda entrevista donde se comentaron los resultados de la prueba

Entretien
I had 6 interviews with HR and, in theory, technical workers. Scopely failed on the follow-up on the hiring process in most of them. I had to ask for it 4 times after one and a half weeks passed regarding the technical interviews. It seemed like they did not care about candidates. Interviewers, except HR, were disappointing and, in 2 of the other interviews, rather unprofessional. I answered the same questions over and over, and as for me it was a waste of time.

Entretien
This is the longest and worst experience I have ever had (13 years of career, so I had a lot!). It started as a regular process with the recruiter screening. Then hiring manager, TWO take home assessments, technical interview and cultural interview.
Each step took a long time, feedback could come more than two weeks after the interviews. They said cultural was the last interview but then they invited me to another one and told “it’s behavioural” but it was again technical. I felt super cheated :).
Any ways, if this is what they do with candidates I don’t even want to imagine what happens if you’re hired. The process was a big and real red flag
