I was contacted by email and set up an initial 30 minute phone interview, with little wait time between initial contact and phone call. About two weeks after the I received a coding challenge invite.

Entretien
One technical screen to solve a coding problem, followed by a one-on-one technical interview about a week later. Full day virtual on-site another few weeks after that. This included a mix of some live coding problems, some question and answer stuff, and a social hour. They sent a lovely gift basket to enjoy during the social hour. Great interview process, and the "onsite" was really fun and low stress.

Lots of OOP and scientific questions. Most problems were science based but could probably be solved without a scientific background

Very smooth interview process that included multiple rounds of coding interviews + subject mater interviews. Schrodinger sent out a gift basket for participating in the process which was a nice touch.
