BE CAREFUL! They are not hiring. They just want your strategies! I had this first round interview with a team leader in London office who joined Schonfled from Citadel one year ago . He kept asking about what I am doing for my current firm. My strategy, my alpha and our system etc. After telling him all the things are confidential, he changed the way he made questions, like "why are you not happy with your current comp". No tech questions at all. Then after interview, they are ghosting. I never heard back from them. No rejection. Come On! You've been working in this industry for years, and you still need alpha ideas from snooping around during interviews? I am very disappointed towards the team leader and the firm. So be careful! They do not respect the candidates. They do not hire. They just need alpha ideas!
