It was a group interview with hiring staff and managers. It was simple, the interviewers were nice people and people I actually would work with. A few other candidates were with me as well.

I applied online and then a few days later was given a date and time for a phone interview. After doing the phone interview I was given an in-store interview and after answering some questions was hired. I messed up on some of the questions but they were pretty forgiving. I would recommend doing plenty of research on the company.

Entretien
I walked to the service desk, asked for the store manager, and we did the interview. It was overall a great and easy experience! I did have to do a phone interview/screening before my recruiter got me in for an in-store interview.
