I had already gone through everything that they presented to me with the staffing agency that got me the temp position initially. Had to do it all over again only to to have my offer as a full time associate rescinded. Yay.

Behavioral based interview. Panel of 3 interviewers. Relatively simple questions, interviewers are looking for specific examples that touch on different competencies like communication, problem solving, coaching and developing others, etc. The interview lasted about 45 minutes, I prepared questions at the end that were well received. Doing some research around the industry is helpful, as well as being energetic. I've known others to interview and undersold themselves with a lack of enthusiasm and not get the job.
