Easy and simple. Work history, driving history, and criminal history all looked at. No tough questions, they just need drivers to move freight. They didn't ask me any tough personal questions about work or anything of the nature.

Pretty straightforward process. Submitted my resume and once they didn't find anything on my record, I got the job. Answer some questions if you have funky stuff on your record.
Scheduled call for a phone interview, asked about work history, driving school, if currently enrolled driving record, ect. It lasted about 1 hr, lengthy but I think they were trying to make it feel personal since drivers so often feel like a number
