There are two phone interviews followed up by in-person, panel interview. The first phone call was just about getting to know your background and basic questions of your experiences. The second phone interview was all behavior based questions. Make sure to have plenty examples of real-life situations. And the third interview was in person with a panel of managers in the office.

20-30 minute phone interview with 1 person in their HR Department. It is a very quick rundown of your prior work experience, followed by a ton of those personality based questions.

And also, "give me an example of a few performance metrics your were responsible for and how you met them." " what was your greatest work achievement. what are your best/worst qualities"

basic interview "explain a time" "give an example of" questions. they were very easy and offered a ton of feedback "good example" "very nice" "that's perfect" etc. they asked a couple questions on my preferences at work. I returned with questions on the work environment, benefits, work home life balance, culture etc. they were a pleasure to discuss these things with.
