Initial interview was a Zoom call with the HR coordinator and an admin, neither of which were hiring authorities. The HR coordinator asked most of the questions. I opted not to proceed with the application process after the initial interview.

Most of the questions were hypothetical in nature, and not relevant to the position for which I had applied. Some of the questions were also very outdated and no longer applicable in today's workplace.
