Online Inverview had 5 questions within 2minutes time frame. There are some trick questions such as "where do you use ... in certain situations?" Overall it was a good experience

Entretien
Short process and straight to the point. The manager knew exactly what he was looking for and wasted no time getting to the important items. The process was semi-informal which is a great way to see the "truth" in the people culture (both ways).
