They contacted me after 2 months from my application. After some preliminary broader questions on CV, I have been asked to suggest which business development strategy SE should have followed in the next years. How would I have been able to approach it.
Initial round, got an email to conduct a video interview before a dateline, they gave preparation time before answering questions, but i felt the time to answer was too short

Entretien
The first interview was a HireVue with typical behavioral questions, then, based on that, another interview was scheduled. The second interview was focused on describing what the job requires and whether the applicant met those requirements.
