For Schneider Electric's Infrastructure division,
Overall Hiring & Interview process was smooth.
1. Initially with rounds of telecon with HR guys regarding current profile, year of experience etc. etc.
2. Followed by lengthy interview with Business lead (Division manager who has requirement) & HR Manager.
3. On selection discussion with HR regarding salary discussion & negotiation.
4. Further offer letter is sent based on requirement urgency.
Two interviews after short cadll with HR to get to know the process and the position for this opportunity in Schneider Electric. In general was seemless process from the start to the end
