The interview process is fairly standard from my experience. It starts with a phone screen from HR, and if that goes well, you'll get set up with a hiring manager phone screen or onsite interview. Typically, if it's an onsite interview you'll meet with about three or four other managers in your department. If you make it through those interviews, the hiring manager will typically set up one final interview with his direct manager. After that, the offer will come pretty quickly. Sometimes there is difficulty with scheduling, and internal deadlines, so the process can drag on, but in general, an expectation of about three weeks is fair.

Both HR and Hiring Manager (Finance VP) are very accomodating of questions. They made me feel that it was equally important for them to know about me and for me to know about the role.

Interview process started with half an hour phone interview followed by four one-to-one interviews scheduled on a single day. Then another round of telephone interview with HR. The entire process was pretty quick as compared to other companies. The feedback process was also good and quick. Communication during the entire process was proactive.

Most of the questions were related to previous work experience and behavioral aspects. A few questions were asked to judge the analytical ability.

The interview process was a lot faster than most companies I've dealt with. The recruiter from Chicago called me for a phone screening, then 2 days later set me up for a phone interview. After the phone interview, the hiring manager (Controller) wanted me to come in for a face-to-face (I live 2 hours away) and I ended up going about 9 days later. Interviewed with 5 people, the Controller, two other controllers, one department co-worker, and a business development guy that worked closely with the person in this position. Interviews went very well, unfortunately I just didn't have enough experience for the "Senior" level
