General first interview with HR trainees and then a second interview with the local manager. Very straight forward and simple. They try to access if you have the energy and personality to be able to complete the day to day tasks of the job.
It's quite easy interview they Just ask simple basics questions . Some HR questions and Asked about your favourite subject. And They asked questions accordingly. Mine was industrial Engineering so I answered the questions accordingly.overall it is very good experience of my life.

A group discussion followed by personal interview was carried out at the plant facility. In the group discussion one topic regarding to current affairs was given and in the personal interview the preference for specific position was asked and also made aware of the hierarchy.
