Submission of resume and screening followed by aptitude test consisting of quantitative, verbal and technical questions. The selected students after the aptitude test had an HR interview followed by technical interview. After the technical interview final list of selected students was published

Entretien
The interview was about 30-35 minutes. It revolved around situational based and HR questions. The key element was to give your opinion with reasonable justification. The interviewer also countered the arguments made, but was satisfied if the explanation was good.

2. Technical and Aptitude Test - Aptitude is just logic and GRE level maths. Technical will be based on your core subject in my case it was Electrical and Electronics.
3. HR presentation
4. Technical Interview - Basically test your knowledge you mentioned on CV.
