Was similar to other pen testing interviews where you have stages of interviews. Starting with a quick phone conversation with the recruiter and getting set up with a CTF challenge. Then moving on to some of the team managers and then the directors.

It was extremely challenging to fit this interview process in a schedule if you are currently employed. It seems like this style is more suited for college students who don't have much experience.
The benefits package sounds nice on paper, but the 10% match doesn't occur right away. They also were unwilling to negotiate at all in an offer and hoped the unwritten promises of quarterly bonuses and company trips would make up for an offer below market rate. It would have been nice to have this information up front, especially since the firm seems unwilling to pay for top talent.
