Two 2-hour interviews with competency tests, and talking with multiple people. Pointless and way over-emphasized considering the follow-up. Don't waste your time. It was way too involved for such a simple job.

Entretien
I got a phone call a couple days after I submitted my application. She asked if it was a good time for a couple questions. And then commenced a screening interview. At the end of the call I was scheduled for my first in-person interview. The second interview was scheduled using text messages a couple day after.

Entretien
Phone screening and then two in-person interviews. Much of the same questions were asked each interview. Second round was with more senior employees who in my experience didn't seem too keen on conducting the interview. Only one person asked questions. Overall an easy process.

What is good customer service to you? Three strengths / Three weaknesses What's something that excites you? What's the best thing that's ever happened to you?
First you go through a Phone interview with the HR assistant. Then you have 2 in person interviews and you have to take a test. Reading, writing, spelling and math. Then job proposal.
