Took me out to lunch. Had informal talk with several of managers and engineer. After lunch had a formal interview. Very nice, and I would say I had a pleasant experience. The interview was one on one for about one hour. Then after that I got a tour of the facility. It was loud at some parts and had to ear ear plugs so asking questions was difficult and would recommend to ask questions after the tour. After the tour had another interview with the plant manager. Very Straightforward guy, and likes to tell it how it is.
