Scaringi himself interviewed me. He kept reminding how valuable his time was and how busy he was. He asked me a question about my interpretation of the U.S. Constitution and answered for me asking if it was original intent. I answered and said my interpretation was more of a pragmatist view of the U.S. Constitution. He seemed disappointed. I asked about diversity at the firm during the interview he said they are hardworking people and diversity did not matter. He pronounced my name wrong multiple times and he was not inclusive to diverse ethnicities.
