Entretien
The process is convoluted and long as it took 8 rounds. First is a recruiter call, then a phone screen, and an HM call. This is followed by an on-site with 3 interviews. After this is 2 director calls. It was really annoying as I answered all the questions correctly and even got positive feedback but was ultimately rejected after 1.5+ months of interviews due to a fit check.

I interviewed for the role; Operations Program Manager, Code Quality. First spoke with the recruiter who asked about my experience in relation to the job description, and dived deep into my tech stack to know my capability. Then, I had a technical coding interview with a software engineer
