Screen interview with someone in the Scale public sector team, technical interview that tested SQL skills and basic case questions, final panel interview with Scale team. The technical interview was not as difficult as I expected, but did require preparation.
I passed the screen interview and the technical interview a week later. After the tech interview, I was asked to sign an NDA for a panel interview with the team and asked to give times for an interview. Then.....nothing. They ghosted me, even after I asked for updates from the recruiter and the screener. Considering I passed two rounds of the interviews, this makes me feel like I dodged a bullet. If they treated me like this, how would the treat me once I am in the company?
