J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Scalable Capital (München, Bavaria) en févr. 2019
Entretien
1. Initial interview, around 30 min
2. Test Assignment, programming challenge as homework
3. Engineering Interview, about 1h
4. Cultural Fit Interview, about 1h
I found the job on Stack Overflow, the first time I applied they just ignored me. A year later I applied again because they advertised up to 90k which is high for the market.
The whole process took 3 months, I did everything they asked and they told me that my tech project was good, I though I they were very happy with me, it took 2 weeks to have a 1 to 1 with the CTO for the cultural fit and that is were things went sour.
The CTO asked me again for my salary expectations and I said a number below the top they advertised and his answer was that it is above the average for the team and if that would leak then my team mates would not be happy about it but nonetheless he would make me an offer for less salary by next week so I can review it. Also he mentioned something like you can buy or sell vacation days if you need more or don't use some of them... weird.
In any case I was already sceptical so I waited for the offer without pushing them and after 2 weeks I got a rejection email without any feedback, asked for feedback and I got nothing.

Started the process with a screening call. General technical questions were asked.
After that I had a 3h assignment to work on, and I have submitted the assignment 3h later after it was received. As explained in the task, it was not meant to be 100% complete, so my solution implemented all the features but was not bug-free.
After that I have not received any feedback on my application status.
