Apply online, got an interview 4 days later, got the job within the next 24 hours. They seemed very happy to get me on-board immediately. I over-dressed (full suit) but I think that actually gave them a really good impression of me since I knew most college students probably wouldn't take that extra effort. Also, when we go to the coding/rigging portion of my resume during the interview, they wanted to bring me on immediately because they needed more people that could do it. Basically: apply and cater your resume for exactly what is in demand and you'll get the job.
