I was contacted by the supervisor via email to schedule a zoom interview. The entire interview was the structure of me asking questions about the job. They did not ask me any questions. At the end of the interview, they said they would contact me by the end of the week, whether or not I would be selected to move on. Here we are more than 3 months later, and I still haven't heard back.

Had a round of phone interview for few minutes in which I was asked if Iam okay with travel..I said Yes..Asked about my experience. I said I didnt have experience on the Sales Front, and was into curriculum design. The person said my resume will be forwarded to the hiring manager. No response for few days. When I politely asked, I was told the hiring manager did not choose my resume because they are looking for people with sales experience. I dont understand why there was a phone interview in the first place as my experience was already clearly mentioned in the resume. The process was confusing. They should have first selected resumes of interest and called me if at all they were interested.

Interviews were conducted through ZOOM. They had me create a presentation about one of their textbooks. The interview questions were a little confusing. Luckily, I accepted another job offer prior to my second interview with this company.

Interview process started out very positive, but in the end I was ghosted. First 30-min phone screen with recruiter was helpful. Basic questions for me about my job experience, interest in the company, etc., as well as answered all my questions about the position. Upfront about compensation which is always helpful. Scheduling for next round (45-min video call interview with manager and supervisor) was quick. This was also a positive experience. Both manager and supervisor were warm, informative, and just normal for lack of a better term. Allowed me to guide the interview with my own questions. Was more of a nicely-flowing conversation with interview questions throughout. Never felt like they were trying to trick me, but truly just trying to get a feel if I would be a good fit with their team. Let me know what would be expected for the last round interview (sales presentation for a panel). They were thorough with info about the last round and what the remainder of the process for starting the job would be like. They expressed their interest and optimism that I was a good fit, and stated that they hoped to be hitting the ground running at the end of the month. I sensed their enthusiasm and felt we built great rapport. I heard from the recruiter that evening via phone call that they also felt the interview went well and I would soon be contacted to schedule the final round. I did not hear back for over a week. I reached out to the recruiter, who called back and said he "hoped" we could get the last interview scheduled soon. I followed that up with an email. Never heard back since then via email or phone call. Seems like a great company and team, but I feel like I got led on!
