I recently interviewed for this position and felt very confident throughout the process. The interview was easy, and I was able to answer every question clearly based on my experience and certifications. I have a degree in Computer Science, I’m CKA and AWS DevOps Professional certified, and I’ve worked in the field for nearly nine years. Despite that, I wasn’t selected, and it left me feeling very disappointed. It’s discouraging to put in so much effort — including traveling for the interview — only to feel like the decision wasn’t based on qualifications or skill. I truly hope the company takes a closer look at how interviews are being conducted and ensures that every candidate is treated fairly and given an equal chance. There are many talented professionals who want the opportunity to contribute, and fairness in hiring is essential for building a strong and diverse team.
