J'ai passé un entretien chez Savers (Toronto, ON) en oct. 2014
Entretien
it was lengthy. 4 interviews, 2 of which lasted over 3 hours. we spoke about everything, it was very conversational based. they seemed to be interested in looking for talent, and not someone who was good at resume fluff. as i interviewed, i became more interested in the company due to their commitment to finding the right people for the right spots.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Savers (Montréal, QC)
Entretien
Well done. The interview is structured and behavioral based. There is a minimum of 2 interviews. Before the interview there is an online assessment. The interviews stick to their structure and make you feel at ease during the process. The online application process however is not user friendly. This causes delays and some applicants give up.
