I submitted an online application. Recieved a call 6 weeks later. Had an interview with the retail sales manager and the general manager. The interview went well (only because I read Glassdoor prior interview questions) I was asked 6 behavioral questions. From both managers. "Telll me about a time you saw a coworker do something wrong" Just be prepared for those type of questions. I recieved an offer, but declined due to a better career opprotunity. For a thrift store the interview process is a bit too long in my opinion.

Entretien
i did two interviews one over the phone and the other was in person . one with a supervisor and other with hiring manger very simple. then i was hired 2 days later
very easy just talk about how much you love second had and how it helps our environment. do research on the company and how it works they'll be impressed say you'll be reliable and that you don't mind closing the store daily
Interview was very easy and funny. They mainly ask previous experience work customer service attitude. Most important how you going to deal with difficult customers. That's all questions I have been asked
