The application process was done online, it involved attaching a résumé and then taking an online competency exam and personality test. The competency test involved algebraic story problems, word definitions, knowledge of synonyms and antonyms, and discerning numerical patterns. It was a ten minute test with more questions than the time allowed to answer, but they don't expect you to answer them all, instead you can go through and answer all that you can quickly and correctly and then go back to work on the hard ones. The personality test was 12 pages of statements for you to agree or disagree with, and were about leadership, friendliness, competitiveness and learning abilities. I received an interview about 3 business days later.

I applied, waited, received a callback from HQ, then had a phone interview with a worker from HQ. She liked me and said she would pass along my information to the local managers. Then nothing, radio silence. I went to the store in person and said hi, handed them my resume, tried to give a face to the name but was met with rudeness for the most part.
