Entretien
Applied online and told I scored exceptionally high on the employer survey. Called in for an interview. In person was one hour and another hour right after with the current front store manager.

Question 1
I have been laid off quite a few times over a five year period. Manager asked why which is in direct violation of Canada's labour laws. You do not have to answer it. Best response is shortage of work. I think the guy just doesn't know that he shouldn't ask this question.
Met with the store manager who gave a tour of the workplace, explaining how the business worked. Then proceeded with a more traditional interview in the management office with the typical questions.

What does the phrase "sense of urgency" mean to you?
Two sit-down interviews with the retail sales manager and store manager, and you would also meet the district manager so they can get a feel of you and how you would jell well with the company.

Entretien
Really easy with lots of event based questions depending upon the job requirements. I can say, giving examples makes it more easy for them to understand the situation. Overall satisfied.
