Entretien
First interview was via phone with a recruiter from their corporate office. Less interview, more get to know you and what both parties are looking for. Set up interview with store manager; interview with store manager was fine, and he read from the packet of "tell me about a time" questions verbatim and really did not otherwise engage or ask follow up questions. Next, set up and interviewed with district manager who ran it less as an interview and more as a get to know you/question and answer session with a few traditional interview questions mixed in. Finally, interviewed via phone with an HR representative in which basic "tell me about a time" questions were again asked.

Entretien
Extremely simple process. They prefer to hire within however will definitely hire externally. Questions involved are behavioral scenarios along with strengths and all about me questions. Again simple. No need for anxiety!!

Entretien
Many of the interview questions revolve around specific instances that you 'went above and beyond' or how you dealt with a difficult situation. Though what they mainly focused on was how you hold yourself and others accountable.

Process took about a month. Three interviews. First with supervisor, second with a store manager, and finally 3rd with the district manager. First interview is standard situational questions. Second was more informal and included a tour of a store. Offer was given at third interview.
