3 stages: 1) Brief video interview with the Operations Controller at Savant to discuss the role and my professional profile 2) 1-hour video interview with the Director and Senior Consultant whom you get to work with directly afterwards. The interview felt more like a discussion, a mutual in-depth check into how you'd fit into the role and the team. I also got to learn about Savant's background and evolution, its goals and vision for the future, as well as the strategies around recruiting and business development within the company. 3) Similar to the 2nd interview, but I also got to meet another member of the team who shared his experience of working with Savant. Our conversations were honest and useful, which led to the fact that I've joined Savant knowing that this is the place where I want to be and grow.

I had good detailed interviews with 2 video calls and a final which was face to face. Didn’t get the role but was given good and constructive feedback from the hiring manager.
