Very open and professional interview process. Details below: I got an email about a week after applying for the role informing me that I have been shortlisted for a first round of interview. 1. First round - With the hiring manager. Introduction about the company and role. Detailed overview of the role followed by understanding my past experience and interest in the role. 2. Second round - Was a case study round where I was provided with a real situation that the company faced. 3. Third round - With the management team (CTO, CFO). Questions were more around my aspirations to join the role, agile and stakeholder management knowledge, and things I would like to do once I started with the role. A few days later I was provided with an offer. After some negotiation, I accepted the offer.
