The woman conducting the interview was extremely condescending and acted as though I was lying about my work experience. She had also made snide comments regarding the work I have done, as though it were lowly to her. It was evident that she did not properly go through my resume, as she did not know where I was applying to and stated that I did not disclose previous jobs on my resume, which were very clearly written. Overall, it seemed as though she wanted to give me reasons to not work for the company, even if I had received an offer to proceed to the next round of interviews, I would have declined.

I reached out to the company through to apply however, I would say the first red flag was that this company requires a photo with application. In my opinion that's unnecessary for this position unless you are looking to discriminate based on appearance. The questions were easy but I got a lot of judgmental vibes from the interviewer. When I spoke about this to someone else I knew who applied they said they had the same experience. We are both women of color. We also noticed this company does not hire women of color. So we just put the two together.
