2. Specific Domain lead like SEO
3. Hr discussion like Salary discussion and policies for Company
4. After that they release Offer letter
It is not a much difficult process. We have to be perfect in all basics also basic concepts with examples.

Basic, & okay level nothing in complicated. Fresher can get job easy suitable for girls , but salary no negotiation only fixed pay with basic level which comes around 10K-15K
