First a brief phone call to clarify the details of the position, then two in person interviews. The first was with the other HR Generalist and the HR Manager, and the second was with the Operations Manager and Plant Manager.

Lots of questions focused on experience working with people and programs I've managed in the past. The focus of the questions seemed to be to find out if I shared the same business values as the company.
