It was a great opportunity to have two days of phone/video using Microsoft team to interview with Sargent & Lundy for a senior substation physical designer position. They were all very friendly, professional and respectful. The first interview was with the substation design managers. They were very nice and had a few questions about my background and my current work. The style of the interview was conversational and informal and the questions were straightforward and direct coming from the Sargent and Lundy managers. The second interview was with HR and the substation designer/engineering team. We took some time in conversation to learn about each other and the Sargent & Lundy Company values and benefits. Time went fast and my questions were answered very professionally. The interviewers were fantastic and I was able to learn about my potential future role in the company. It seems like it would be a great company to work for.
