Interview questions were easy. The interview process was long, I had 3 virtual interviews and one in-person. There was a lot of inconsistency during this interview process about the role and what the responsibilities were. I wish I had been told some things sooner rather than later, or else I wouldn't have wasted my time going all the way there for an interview. Everyone who works here has been here for 20 years, and it doesn't seem like a very nice place to work... the environment seems toxic. This is Sappi's second time trying to find a replacement for this role; the first replacement didn't last two weeks, so I think that speaks for itself and the type of work environment this is.
