The interview process seemed unnecessarily long for a place with such a high turnover. 1) There is an initial phone interview which lasts roughly 30 minutes or so to see how you fit the basic needs of the position. 2) If that goes well, you will be asked to come in for an interview with 2-3 of the managers and that will more or less be similar to what is discussed in the phone interview. 3) You will then be asked to come in for a third interview with 2-4 people, including the previous managers and the company President.
