Applied for the vacation student role for 2018-19. Got through the online assessment and one way interview stage. There are a set of 10 questions for the video interview that are to be answered in 3 minutes time for each. The is no time restraint on thinking your answer.

One-way Online Interview, I did on the SparkHire platform. There are 10 behavioural questions. Overall not too difficult if you have done research about the company, prepare your mind, do some power poses before doing it. Essentially know your stuff.
