Entrevista inicial con una persona que tenía ganas de colgar rápido, se veíua que tenía que hacer muchas más llamadas y que el proceso no se iba a basar realmente en lo que yo le contara.

Hands down, the worst company I have ever interviewed for!!! I moved my diary around twice for this interview and both times, all 3 interviewees didn’t turn up, with no communication. Upon finally dialing into the interview, it was very cold, as if they didn’t want to even be there! I felt extremely on edge because I was not made to feel welcome or comfortable, despite it being a second stage interview. It seriously makes me question the people at senior levels and interviewing. Have the decency to actually turn up and try get to know the candidate. I’ve interviewed a lot within Financial Services and this has been hands down the worst. Avoid at all costs - if not, expect awful treatment and ghosting to top it all off! Extremely disappointing from Santander!!
