I interview first over the phone with a recruiter twice. I interviewed twice with direct managers within department, this took 2.5 months to complete. The interview process was typical of most companies. Please be aware to ask lots of quetions during the interview process ask to be taken to the actual work area where you will be working to make sure you like the office layout, this company has an open office layout where everyone can see what you are doing - no privacy. Also ask if you can interview with current employees and ask why the position is open and how many people have been in this position in the last 2 years and why they left make sure to get a good feel if the hiring manager is lying or not when they reply to this question, look for red flags because if you don't feel right just walk away don't get caught up on the location and the prestige of the company name.
