The interview process was extensive and challenging. Must really have true experience in order to do well and understand how the problems that the company is facing can be solved with the experience that you have as a potential candidate. The hiring managers will be able to detect if you dont have real world experience.

Entretien
Phone screen with HR, F2F with 2 Program Managers and the VP of the IT organization. Focus was on experience with writing User Stories, Agile, managing cross-team dependancies and difficult business owners expectations.
