Online application was straightforward and easier than other banks.This was followed by a telephone interview. After successfully completing this stage, I had to wait a few months before receiving a formal interview booking.It appeared that this pipeline role which had no immediate start date would be dreadfully slow. The interview involved a competence questionnaire and role play. I was given a customer's account to review and make notes to sell a loan. The 10 minute role play appeared to be the area that would carry more weight in the interview. After successfully completing the formal interview, I had to wait about 2 months before the role became active.I wasn't the right fit for that branch so I was placed back into the pipeline for another 2 months. When a second location became available, the recruitment lagged at every stage to further delay the process.It took approximately 5.5 months to arrive at contract from the beginning of the process.

The interview was simple and straight forward. Did not feel it was challenging enough. However, it seemed it is a good atmosphere to work in. I can see the people who worked there enjoy the company.
