I was first contacted by an HR recruiter upon submission of my resume. We set up an interview for a few days later. The interview was fairly laid back and relaxed. It was more about getting to know each other and deciding whether I was a great fit for the team, rather than grilling me and putting me under pressure. There were no crazy questions or any brain teasers or anything like that, it was more about finding out my educational history to see if it matched up with what they were looking for.
