Professional, thorough and extremely easy process. The recruiter was honest and responsive. She kept me informed the entire time throughout the process. Great process. It was a great reflection of the organization.

The recruiter called me on this position saying that it would be a perfect fit for me and I should set up an interview as soon as possible. She then sold me on the position promising me better pay than the competition to keep me hooked to the opportunity. Prior to the interview the company issued a personality test, which apparently was a pass fail test. I had gotten the results instantly in which I sent and email to the recruiter right away to find out weather or not I should go to the interview. Later that week I had gotten an offer from another company but was so sold on the higher salary that I wanted to wait on the Santander opportunity. I sent another email to the recruiter to find out the status so I could make a better decision on my end. The recruiter then got back to me almost a week later to tell me that the results of the test disqualified me for the position. This recruiter was a horrible communicator and treats people like commodities instead of people who are in need of work. This process was a complete waste of time and in my situation, possibly ruined my chances of getting a job at a location that really wanted me. Best advice if you get a phone call from a recruiter from Santander, take everything they say with a grain of salt.
